Cancellation Policy

We honor a 24-hour cancellation policy on all services. In the event that you cannot cancel within 24-hours of your service appointment we reserve the right to bill for all scheduled services. We understand and respect your busy schedule and in that regard we hope you value the time we have reserved for your appointment as well.

We will waive the first late-cancellation, bill only 50% of scheduled services on the second late-cancellation, and bill 100% of scheduled services on subsequent late-cancellations. “No shows” will be billed 100% of the scheduled services. We work hard to personalize each of our appointments and appreciate your understanding.
